Background
The first French company in the fish trade sector and the distribution of fish products, Ocealliance is the joint venture of different French PMEs that are regional leaders in their activity.
The quick joining of these businesses and the strong increase in sales made it necessary to boost the equity and to set up a structured organization.
Our contribution
By recapitalizing Mariteam and endowing it with trade expertise adapted to the dimension of the new group, Perceva made it possible to stabilize the business’ fundamentals.
Perceva next structured the joint venture between Mariteam, Ocealliance and Alliomer, thus creating the European leader in fish trade. Present in all the strategic fish auctions in France, the group also has a sourcing unit in Scotland and a strong export activity.
