ESG criteria:
Article 29 of the Energy and Climate Law modified article L. 533-22-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. In this context, Perceva has an obligation to publish annually the information mentioned in Article D.533-16-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, available under the link below.
Perceva communicates information relating to the consideration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria and to the means implemented to contribute to the energy and ecological transition under the conditions defined by Articles L. 533-22-1 and D. 533-16-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, solely the Management Company has to report on the consideration of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria, as managed funds are below the threshold of 500 million euros set by the Decree.
Concerning the funds managed by Perceva:
• For FPCI France Special Situations Fund I, the fund management company has decided not to take into account sustainability risks, particularly as the investments have been made in the past and the fund is in the extinctive management phase.
• For FPCI France Special Situations Fund II, while the fund's management company takes into account a certain number of social, environmental and governance quality criteria in its investment policy, it does not explicitly take into account sustainability risks as defined by the SFDR Regulation. However, an internal analysis and monitoring tool for the various essential indicators and transparency is currently being set up in 2022 for all our companies in portfolio.

In its Sustainability Risk Policy, Perceva includes information on climate change risks and biodiversity risks.
Upon request, Perceva also provides the unitholders with ESG data on underlying companies held by the funds in which they have invested. These data are collected annually through the questionnaire mentioned above and analysed by the Management Company.
